Data Deletion Instructions
If you want Adstilab to delete data associated with your account, please send a deletion request using the steps below.
How to request deletion
- Email privacy@artilab.work from the email address connected to your Adstilab account.
- Use the subject line: Adstilab Data Deletion Request.
- Include your name, business name, Meta Business ID if known, and the ad account ID or user email that should be deleted.
What we delete
After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize personal account data, stored Meta advertising report data, operational notes tied to the requested user, and related internal records where deletion is technically and legally possible.
What may be retained
Some records may be retained when required for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, accounting, platform audit, or backup integrity. Retained records will be limited to what is necessary.
Processing time
We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days after verifying the requester's authority.
