Adstilab is an internal advertising reporting and performance optimization tool operated by PT Jelma Kreatif Solusi for authorized business users. This policy explains how we handle information when you connect or use Adstilab with Meta products and related advertising accounts.
Information we collect
Depending on the permissions you grant, Adstilab may process:
- Basic account and business information needed to identify authorized users.
- Meta advertising account information, campaign names, ad set names, ad names, delivery status, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and other performance metrics.
- Operational notes, recommendations, and reports created inside Adstilab.
- Technical information such as login timestamps, browser type, and error logs needed to keep the service secure and reliable.
How we use information
We use the information only to provide advertising reporting, performance review, campaign monitoring, and internal business operations support for authorized users.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share information only with service providers that help operate the application, when required by law, or when necessary to protect the security and integrity of the service.
Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed for reporting, audit, troubleshooting, legal, and business purposes. Users may request deletion using the instructions on our Data Deletion page.
Security
We use access controls and reasonable technical safeguards to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to limit access to authorized users only.
